The crank snow actually stay in place and they swivel around on the spindles. I don't know why anybody would want it.$500 for something strange and ugly.
I’d call that weird, but not everyone has the finely adjusted aesthetic (and thin wallet) to appreciate building up old frames with old parts so that they are fun to ride and look cool.
They were $1200 per pair in the heyday. The creator of these cranks got into many heated arguments on triathlon website forums back in the bad old days. I didn’t succumb to the temptation, even when they were being sold at half price literally a month after people were raving about how great they were. I steered clear, WAY clear.Just looking at them trains my muscles to start hurting.
