Just picked this up at yard sale . Recognized the name .Any info would help , only seen pics of 2 others .Would like to know years made how many etc. Value?

Very cool.

These were made by a company in Florida called Emory. They bought out Webco sometime after 1980.

It's hard to tell from your photos....does the frame have twin middle tubes or is it just one solid tube?

Just one solid tube and does have the webco stamped in the back brake mount.
 
Emory's are cool and at least partially collectable, I cant imagine stacking a Webco name on it, which also has historical value would diminish that in any way, probably only make it better?

Emory bought the Snyder (Rollfast) manufacturing equipment in 1976. Your bike looks to have a Rollfast chain wheel, maybe Emory had some of them and they made it onto their Webco bikes. Or someone changed it out.
