Tightening rivets?

Need to snug up the rivets on this old Fastback fender. Anybody have any good tricks?

Hmm... I'd locate a hitch ball to back up the rivets, then tap them snug using a drift punch. I know those aren't the 'proper' tools, but they're easy to find and make a cost-effective anvil.
