    Hello everybody...
    Hope everyone has been well...
The other night while I was eating breakfast at Waffle House after work...
(I know... it sounds odd... i work 2nd shift and get off at 12:30...)
    mmmm...waffle
I made a list of all the possible parts i could use...
I carry a small pocket notebook with me most of the time...
I had two and a half pages and that's just what i could recall...
    Almost have too many options!!!
I do have a frame picked out...
And a few finished photos rolling around in my head...
I'll get some frame photos soon...

Well let me tell you about it...
Had a hard drive crash in my computer...
Then after I got my computer fixed...
I've been having problems with my DSL conection...
Just got back on the net yesterday...
    As far as the photos...
I'm holding off till this weekend...
Got one more swap meet 051609...
Just might get lucky and find a more perfect frame...
The photos will be up shortly...
Besides gotta keep everyone guessing a little...

    Well here we go…
This is the frame I picked out…
    An old western flyer…
    I would guess late 40’s???
    Built by Cleveland Welding Co…
I started this bike in RRBO2…

    viewtopic.php?f=15&t=3437

I added these dropout extenders to make some 26x3.0

Just didn’t like the way it turned out…
Oh how I wanted to make those 26x3.0 tires fit…
    She needed to be stretched…
    Cut…
    Chop…
    Braise…

    But…
The Instigator will be spared the knife….
And take a whole new look and feel…
    We’ll see where this goes…

    Hey all…
It’s been a very productive this holiday weekend…
Sprayed the frame and fork down with aircraft striper…
Let the frame sit and scrubbed down with a nail brush…

    The aircraft striper works well…
Just follow the directions it can be nasty stuff…
And have the hose handy to wash down…
    Just in case…
    I wasn’t going to do a working mock up…
    But got to thinking…
    Hhummm…
I know that all my crazy parts should work together…
    But will they…
Got the braking system and my kickstand worked out…

Using an old late 70’s shimano disk brake…
And a new drop stand I got for another project last year…

    Stay tuned…
    More to come…
