Definitely an Elgin nut, I have worked on a Twin, trying once in my life to keep it rather pure :?

My last bike was a german Pimp Garage Streamliner, not because I am a fan of that brand, it's just my kind of Bluebird (cheaper than the other one...).

I like your reference to Devilwing. That Elgin is Sweet. Those frames are some of the more unique ones.
