I had alot of fun Ratrodding this old Schwinn for the past couple months. So here is the before shot.[IMG] And the forks.[IMG] Here is the bike as it sits today.[IMG][IMG] Here are some close-ups of the changes I made to it. First I had to make the pivots for the fork and I had to add the pencil brace to the handle bars.[IMG][IMG] I also modified the seatpost for a more layed back feel and I made this rear tank which I also call the "trunk" I have now removed it so it had a more hot rod look for the other pics.[IMG][IMG] And lastly the modified chainguard. I swear I musta gained a few horse ( I mean human) power from the aerodynamics of this thing. :) :p this is also my favorite piece on this bike and is the attention getter.[IMG] And a little home stripes (my first try with a brush)[IMG][IMG]

Nice job on the build. I love the chainguard.

I also really like the frame with the dual lower bars.

    Great looking bike.
