That starboard should hold up pretty well, but what about the drag it's gonna create? There aren't any rollers in there, are there?

That Starboard is a slippery plastic and I have used it on other bikes. In the end this will be an electric and requires very little use .

I forgot about the electric part. Starboard is great stuff. I have used it on boats many times. Slick idea.

I have added some stripes to the frame. I have a new wheel with BB7disc being built at the LBS (Matts at Cocoa Beach)

This is where I stretched the frame 13 inches and widened the trike rear-end 10 inches.

Installed the Avid BB7 200 MM disc. very tight fit on the Stingray fork. A big hammer and pry bar and a 6 pack required but it is on and has plenty of stopping power.

It does ride quite nice with that big ol motorcycle seat, backrest and rear suspension, and foot forward peddling..it drives like a recumbent.

Any problem welding on the OEM steel?
I might have missed it, where did you find the rear fenders?

Thanks Bill, I built this from two OCC chopper bikes that still had the fenders on. Welding, no problem as I have been a auto body man and welder for over 40 yrs. The fun part is making it electric and with suspension. This bike is a smooth rider.
