O K here goes, I'm oustsider13.....Carl, 45 yrs old live Southern California, Married 16 yrs, no kids

First started around 12. Couldn't afford new bike, dad bought old bike , showed me how to wrench, and paint [rattle can]
BMXed BEFORE there was BMX, welded Honda Elsinore mx bars ;Rear tire on front, mini bike chain, dirt lots w/ ply wood jumps
Ratted 1st bike in High school [check out post : old friend] Then after time in ARMY AIRBORNE; Mountain bike riding Down Hil racing, Dual Slalom=way too many crashes
got back into building bikes about 3 years ago,..Because I still cant afford a new one!! and after covering [photographing for a local daily newspaper] a Youth center that uses ;building bikes as a way to give focus to local youth.....Now I'm a full Volunteer at Future Generations Youth Center- BIKES 90800 in Long Beach Ca.

Heres me, center sitting,.... [Obviously there's only one old dude]
with some of the kids that are part of the center...... Y'ALL should try it, volunteer @ a youth center near U

Man i think its great what ur doing, i wish some1 did somthing like there where i live. Im 16 my names ricky, i would love 2 have access 2 all them tools. welll i got tools in need angle grinder and welder. Heres my baby i love this bike
