The serial number is B90410. Does anyone know what year, or around what year it could be?
Also what is that little tab things on the fender braces?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is that the original paint? Wow! A real survivor.
I'd say it's a '37-'40 prewar Schwinn. Springers came out around '37 and the tank style changed in '41. The little bracket on the axle goes along with the holes in the rear fender. A string was laced through the bracket and holes to keep the girls skirt from getting in the spokes...a skirt guard. Unfortunately, that springer won't interchange with any other frame due to the length of the head tube. Gary
 
Ohhh, I see. I was wondering what the holes along the sides of the fender were :lol:
And yes, it is OG paint, although it looks like some one re-painted the white on the fenders. If they did, they did a pretty good job of it.
There is also pinstripes between the dips of the chain guard. Is that OG or did someone else do that?
