Are you looking to have a frame custom-made to your specs? Or are you just looking for a custom-style cruiser frame to hang components on?

Unfortunately, manufactured long bikes tend to be either high priced or department store quality without much in between. I suspect Ruff Cycles itself is probably your best bang for your buck for that sort of thing. I'd heard that Ruff was lacking in US distributors a few years back, but now they're selling direct from their site.... those really are a good way to go in terms of striking a good balance between quality and price....
You could always build it yourself. Cheaper, more fun, and addicting
