It will sit similar in height to rat life but this one will sit at 20 inches compared to 18. I will be using that awesome Brooks b67 that my friend gave me last year. Distance from seat to bb is 27 inches.

More laying out tubes. Found this ladies schwinn for 5 bucks and instantly knew where those sexy curves would go. Also added the three straight tubes to the seat area that tie the rear and front halves together. I kinda like that part not sure yet. Art deco did involve some straight lines like that so we will see.

Mad scientist at work.

Not really anything new just fab stuff. Front half is welded up other than I will be making some gusset. All butt welds done and ground down. Head tube and bottom bracket welded on. Started on the chain stays and realized previously that it's actually two parts. So the Allen bolts got cut off and the tubes welded and ground smooth making one tube.

Thank you sir I really wanted a challenge this time around. Something I don't normally do. It's fun for sure even if sometimes I have no clue where the bike is headed.

Let us see how this frame is coming together!!!!

Well progress goes boink. This is a great example of sometimes stuff just does not work out. So the drift trike rear end idea flopped when I realized how much I would have to cope the tubes to make it work. This narrowed the rear to where a 2.125 tire would not fit. Yes it will have fenders but I did not want to go more narrow. So I did what I should of done the first time and threw a piece of tubing in the bender and bent a hoop. Then cut and weld and done. Sometimes with these ground up frames it's more difficult to use recycled tubing fit in. My goal by end of today is to have this lower stay done and attached. Then its onto the upper structure.

That is gonna look cool wrapping the rear wheel low to the ground.

So after I made the long hoop I started looking at the design and realized I didn't need this part that I added on. So pffft off it goes
