Question on a 1975 western flyer.

I was looking at this bike online today the guy wants $150 and I am not sure if it is worth it or not. Here are a couple of pictures and no I did not take them.

I did do a search for it but I was having a hard time coming up with anything. Thanks for your time. Oh and I apologize if this is in the wrong section.

It looks like it has aftermarket replacement fenders , and that tank is from a girls bike , $150 is High

Thanks I appreciate that. I don't know anything about vintage bikes and I had no desire to learn anything about them till I joined here.
