Casting on this USA made kickstand is rough, so I’m going to polish it out. image.jpg image.jpg

I really want to use these aluminum pedals, they are rough and need some work. image.jpg

Look forward to the smooth/polish on the pedals and kickstand. Cool frame.

image.jpg Well, this won’t do. The gap is about .325”. Too many spacers to look good, so I better get cutting.

image.jpg Touched with a flap wheel, then a rubbing compound, they are going to look amazing!

image.jpg Good start on these. I’ll put them to the polishing wheel next.

image.jpg Also, I don’t like how there is an over-hang. So I’m going to reshape the mount of this kickstand to better fit the shape of the frame.

What kind of flapper wheel you using? You're mowing through this polishing fast! I really need some more power tools.

It’s kind of like a Scotch-Brite pad on a 4 inch grinding disc . (The grinder was only $20 @ Harbor Freight, the flap wheel was a freebie from work)
