This old flashlight will give up the guts.
I need to figure something like this for the light on my project.
Casting on this USA made kickstand is rough, so I’m going to polish it out.
I really want to use these aluminum pedals, they are rough and need some work.
Look forward to the smooth/polish on the pedals and kickstand. Cool frame.
Totally putting a springer on this thing! I know, not Aluminum, but it will look bad-...!
Well, this won’t do. The gap is about .325”. Too many spacers to look good, so I better get cutting.
Ohh, look what fits...
I bet I could mount this button in some kind of way...
Touched with a flap wheel, then a rubbing compound, they are going to look amazing!
Good start on these. I’ll put them to the polishing wheel next.
Also, I don’t like how there is an over-hang. So I’m going to reshape the mount of this kickstand to better fit the shape of the frame.
This is getting better...
What kind of flapper wheel you using? You're mowing through this polishing fast! I really need some more power tools.
It’s kind of like a Scotch-Brite pad on a 4 inch grinding disc . (The grinder was only $20 @ Harbor Freight, the flap wheel was a freebie from work)
Killer..thanks....gotta get some.
