This is a rare tail light from a Hawthorne Victory bike. It is a tail light/brake light. Moints under the seat to the pinxh bolt and fender crossbrace. Missing lense, but that could be accomplished with red plastic from Hobby Lobby. $75.00 shipped.

I have not tested it. A good soak in some OA, fresh batteries, and if the bulbs are good, I would think that it will work.
