Mystery motobike Frame ID Help - 20's-30's Mead or rollfast? Any other ideas?

This bike was bought from a guy who said his 85 year old dad bought this used in the 30's. Looks like it may have some welds fixed but still would like to restore it! Got it in a box of mixed parts. Serial number is "F30" and then "3377" badge holes are exactly parallel horizontally - maybe a rollfast?
