Guys, need some advice here. I have been away from bikes a long time. However in some recent merchandise I bought, I found this Madwagon 26" bike. It has an aluminium frame, and 3 speed Shimano and is basically in nearly new condition. I see that the company is defunct and was wondering what to do with the bike and does it have any value. If it is desirable, I'd like someone to have it that would appreciate it.

The Madwagons are cool bikes but I suspect it will be a few years before they acquire collector value. Just enjoy the bike for now.

Understood. The bike does ride good and I feel I may enjoy it. Just couldn't find much info about it and wanted to see if it was even worth keeping. Thanks for replying.

if you like riding it, then it's worth keeping.
I just started riding again after not really getting into it since I got a pickup truck at age 15.

Had a high end used 856 full suspension mountain bike about 20 years ago. Never road it a whole lot.
Now I'm liking the simpler cruiser style bikes and am enjoying the exercise.

The 3-speed IGH is a pretty useful setup, I believe. And you'd be lucky to get more for the whole bike than that 3-speed and the tires alone would cost if you were to buy them.
At least around here, the market is so flooded with used bikes that you'd be lucky to sell it at all unless you were practically giving it away.
