Thought I would ask about these here, I was lucky enough to find three sets of five spoke Lester Magz. Only problem is there guts are missing, rear hubs are easy finds (just Bendix 70s) I even have a few. But the front hubs seem beefier then the average where can I find front hub guts.
So it seems from what I've learned over at the BMX-museum. You and I are up a crick with out a paddle, you need OG lester parts to make these work. No one makes an axle and bearing assembly that will just pop in.
No I don't think that would work, they use the old school bearing cages and cones like muscle bikes from the 60s. But the guy on the BMX forums says they were
proprietary to Lester, I think these wheels got raced on and the axles got bent up thats why I think the parts are gone.
