I found this JC Higgins bike on Ebay. It was a hard tire bike. The bottom bracket and headtube are like a regular size bike. Alot of the 16 inch bikes have small 3 piece cranks and tricycle type forks. I am going to use a Sears Screamer rat trap fork on it. I also putting some air tires on it. These are just for mock up. I am torn between making it look original or making a little piglet out of it. Maybe both.
