Definitely an anf chainring. There's no serial info for Rollfasts, or any bikes built by their parent co., Snyder. Their bikes usually have an 'SE' in a circle, stamped over the serial #. And the rear dropouts often have four connected holes in them, apparently for different locations of fender braces, etc. -Adam
