Help with Hawthorne year

Im lookin for the year of this Hawthorne # on bottom bracket A52372 and also has 3 numbers off to the side 55? cant make out the last#

Looks like a Cleveland Welding built Hawthorne , Does the last character after 55 look like a "C"with a small"w" in the middle ? 1955

The last # looks like it could be 6,8 maybe?? Someone said the chainring was CWC and then someone else said the frame was prob AMF after CWC was bought out??

I would bet it's a "Cw" the w is insie the C

I will try to get a close up pic of the #, its really weak stamp on the last # but it dosnt look like it could be a Cw :?: :?:

I couldnt get any pics but I looked thru a magnifing glass and the last could be a C but no w that I can see, must be a real weak stamp I guess.
I will just call it a 50's somthing

Its a 1955 for sure. First year for the new frame style I believe
