Help to ID this frame?

Hello,

New guy here, I was wondering if anyone could turn me in the right direction to i d this frame? All aftermarket parts, regular fork. I thought I had a schwinn but I discovered an extra number in front of the serial number that throws everything off... its 7H211180 on the bottom bracket

any ideas? Thanks!

The frame, fork, and chain ring are all Huffman, and the serial number is for 1947.
