help me id this hawthorne, year and model, and is it worth restored to original or good project for a custom.
numbers on bottom of bottom bracket,,55EH.. numbers on left rear dropout..B649792... looks like original paint was red...also is it suppose to have a luggage rack...the guy had one next to the bike just not sure if it went with it,

Ha, I just mentioned this bike from the Cabe post on it that I commented on earlier! To those that haven't seen it, this bike is a mid 50s, possibly a 1955. :mrgreen: -Adam
