Unbelievably, I was gifted this Electra Cruiser a couple of weeks ago by a a neighbour/aquaintance who's moving to Cyprus. "I've got a rusty old bike in the shed I don't want. Can you get rid of it for me"?

I couldn't believe it when this turned up! The tyres are Basman 2.35s that I've had hanging in the garage for three years waiting for the right bike to come along. Since these were taken I've replaced the grips, pedals, chainring, chain and sprocket. It's become my favourite bike for commuting 1.5 miles to work. I never get lucky like this!

On a recent business trip to the other side of the country. I took the bike - this was my ride to work !

They came with the bike. I had a front and rear but sold off the front. My RS is a newer version than yours. The orange Electra was an older hollywood. Basically the same frame as yours. The blue bike frame is a little different.

I remember seeing the Hollywood when you had it in just prime. Looks great now in Orange. Will keep eye out for a fender for the rear. There is a set on the bay don't know if I want to spend that much and only be able to just use rear. Thanks for getting back to me my friend.

Hooksie is a good guy. Sold me the RS seat I was missing on mine. JS as well. I love this bike!
