Ok so am I imagining this, or does this bike look like the seat stays are not welded to the seat tube, but rather are attached to the seat tube with the seat clamp bolt?

My Fleetwing is the exact same, I think it's kind of a neat aesthetic. The bottom of the seat stays on my Fleetwing are also riveted to the dropout plate rather than crimped/welded on.

I thought the price was high, until I saw it was made of titanium....

I saw a bike on my local CL that had a high price and 'frame material: Titanium' designation on it. It was pretty apparent that the bike wasn't Ti, but the model name was Titanium. It was, at best, an $50 low end steel mid-80s mountain bike.

I suspect something similar for the above.

The real kicker is in the ad they have a close up shot of the head badge plainly stating "Made in Austria." LOL
