Columbia? What model?

I got this bike from rusty513 on the cabe... I think he goes by the fizzer there. Anyways! I cant seem to find a serial number or any other bikes that look like it to find out what i have.
1) Are the fenders correct to this bike? I dont think so but i'm not sure they seem in better condition then the bike paint.
2) Whats the bike model?
3) What year?

I believe the serial should be on the rear dropout. Check out Mr. Columbia's site, he's the go-to guy on Wesfield/Columbia bikes, he worked in the factory! -Adam
