Mark the dates of September 13th and 14th, 2013. Buddy's Bike Show will be part of the annual Belton MO, Fall Festival. Buddy Bronson started this tradition last year and as with all thing of this sort that he so quickly created, it was a smashing success. A group of his friends wanted to make sure that the tradition continued and that it would be done in Buddy's honor in a way that would have his stamp of approval.
The bike show is open to all who love their bicycles, whether it is an antique pennyfarthing, a classic Schwinn, an unusual tandem, a kustom, a rat rod, or whatever else you would like to show us.

We will be posting more information as the plans come together over the next few weeks.

And here are a few pics from last years show.

OK, guys and gals here are the classes we have so far for the Buddy Bike Show at the Belton Fall Festival. Hope you are getting your vintage, classic and custom bicycles ready, this will be a hoot!

For those of you wondering, here is the tentative schedule for the Buddy Bike Show at the Belton Fall Festival.

The fun will start Friday 9/13 afternoon with an informal bicycle show and shine followed by a short cruise around the area. Come down anytime from around 5 – 7 pm and bring a vintage or custom bike or two to show off and ride. At around 7pm we will do a short easy cruise around the area, there may even be a photo opp stop with some of the vintage trains along the way. We will end up back on Walnut where cruisers will be able to refresh at Tara’s with an ice cream or soda etc., or for those wanting a little more can check out the beer garden close by.

Saturday 9/14
will be the big Show day. Bicycles can register from 9am – 12noon on Walnut St. between Main and Loop, show will be in the same area. There will be a Bicycle Brag at 1pm on the main stage where a few select individuals will tell us their story about their special bike. Awards will be at 2pm on the main stage, and all are encouraged to stick around for the entertainment the rest of the afternoon, 3pm – Blue Grass Missourians, 4pm – Sky Smeed, 6pm – Cry Baby Ranch, & 9pm Halau Makana o Hula.
