How does the auto paint hold up on a bike? I have been trying to figure the best way to go on the Wifey Delux. I want to do either auto paint or powdercoat.

i thought this thread was long gone.

foybles- i didnt use any auto paint on this bike. it was all RUSTOLIUM enamal base and clear from a rattle can. it was done in a controled enviroment though.
i usually paint my junk outside. ya never know what bugs or pollen or dust/dirt or some bird will do his bisiness on yer fresh paint.

i said in the original post that i'd research the date more. i'm pretty certain that the year is 1956.
