Popped on some bow pedals, some Schwinn gel grips and took her for a spin around the neighbourhood!
I realize I'm inspired by the old Huffy Thunder Road, that 'nana seat is super comfy!

I will probably put a regular banana seat on the Brat, just picked up this later frame, it'll be grand with the loaf seat and mags!

Of course, only after taking the pics did the front reflector turn up!
I have a couple of folks making bike enquires locally, so she'll probably evolve to a Schwinn style sissy and 'nana,(to keep the price down) and the loaf can begin a new journey...

My .02 on putting this 'over the top'...
Black out the sissy, seat post, pedals, nuts / bolts...anything that is silver or chrome on here. Doesn't have to be complete perfect paint job, just sand up and spray.

The black on the purple, reminds me of many of the muscle cars I saw yesterday in Casa Grande; deep metallic body colors with all blacked out parts.

Thanks, Oddjob, I've been giving the blacked-out look some thought I just got the sissy on yesterday, I rebuilt the bike for my kid's friend who lives nearby, selling it for cost price (about $125)
