I went there with the self-imposed rule that I was there to sell, not buy (that didn't last long!).
I sold a rusty Schwinn 20" S-2 hoop for $5.00.
Then a guy came up and asked if I wanted a tamdem bike, he was going to give it away there or take it to Goodwill. I wound up giving him $10.00 for it (it was too nice to just take from the guy).
It's a '70s or early 80's Columbia with heavy duty wheels and mostly all original (someone put 10-speed handlebars on it).
I'm already planning on changing the seats and putting a pair of mid-rise apes on it.
Overall it was a pretty good location, lots of traffic.
A few of the guys did pretty well.
I just sold the one thing and bought a bike, so I'm in the hole for $5.00, oh well!
Oh yeah, I also got a really sweet neck burn!!

There's another swap meet at Trader's Village this coming weekend (mostly car stuff but there's usually some bikes here and there), I may go set up and see what happens.
