bike ID, serial number pic

I don't know what kind of bike this is, but it's been taking up space in the garage. I'm looking to get rid of it, but want to make sure it isn't some rare, valuable bike or anything.

I know there are guys here that can tell a lot from that number, but I'll just say that bike is at least 55 years old, except the front wheel's probably only about half that, and the chain's probably half the bike's total value, whatever that may be.

It is a CWC from about late 1950. The chain ring may mean it started life as a Luxury Liner but without all the sheet metal it is not particularly valuable as it sits.

thanks everybody. I still don't know what to do with it, I should probably get rid of it since I'm moving soon and need to get rid of some stuff. Plus I'm not big on the ladies frame.
