This year I started out with a crusty $20 Murray built "liner" frame and fork and a $10 tank of unknown origin. I bought them from two different vendors at the Pate Swap Meet at Texas Motor Speedway a day before the build off began. From that pile of parts I built the bike you see before you, patina rich and chock full o rat-itude. This has been as much fun to build as it is to ride. Thanks to everyone who has offered encouragement of suggestions, certainly this would not have been possible without you. Now without further ado;

I'm with you Shakesbeer, this is a Top Rat-ed build for sure! Nice work ML....your creative touches and add-ons, the overall patina, that rear fender, monster speedo....well done!:thumbsup:

Great pics too. I really like the first one on the bench. Such a contrast to the bright green blades behind.
 
Bullseye you nailed this Rat .That fork is killer & l like the rusty wrenches nice details . Rust in peice bro & rat on
