70's BMX Survivor Value??? Crossrider Comet

Anyone ever hear of a 'Crossrider Comet'? I have a chance to pick this up and was wondering what it's worth if anything.

Apparently it's an Aussie brand. There's quite a few posted at the BMX Museum site.

Everything except for the stem and seat post look like nice quality stuff from that era.

If the wheels are ARAYA then you've really hit the jackpot.

Honestly, I would just end up flipping it, I'm not really interested in BMX stuff. Do you think I could squeeze a nice Huffy Rail out of it?
