7/8" dia. double spline bars

Picked these up at a swap. No markings. Heavy gauge tubing.

Unknown where these were used on.
Any idea of stems that would work with this available? Anyone know if this would work with https://www.bicycledesigner.com/bike-parts/bicycle-forks/suspension-chopper-fork.html

Looks like motorcycle bars. They'd work with those forks. Most BMX stems are 7/8 as well.

I will get a pic tomorrow. It does not have any cross bar. Bar is not vee shaped like the ones you see on OCC Stingray.
