67 Stingray Junior sized

I picked up this one a few miles from home for about 30 bucks. I tried to finesse the orange paint off it, but it wasnt having it from me that day... so with no real good chance at keeping a original paint on it. i went for the aggressive tactic and stipped it down to metal. I am just today beginning to figure out where i go from here.. but i just tried on a rear slick on a 20inch i had left over from a walmart re-issue i worked on a while back and a 18 front with a red wall... and even though it has no seat or handlebars yet.. im now getting into this build.

im thinking it is gonna turn out akin to the 60's and 70's era custom cars.. or rather, modded cars

so thought id share a few images and see if u all have any suggestions or comments on what is a uncommon style for this type of bike. and also a pic of that last one i did...

Okay so i definetly went a different feel his time than that blue lowrider. i was considering getting some spinger forks, but i feel like the cogs felll into place differently this time.. it is really fun to break the mold a little bit and take a chance on a whim to go out on a limb.

anyhow... this one is almost completed and will post final final images this week.

let me know if u like it or did i just sin of the worst possible kind by not keeping patina and taking liberties with design and execution of what my mind told me to do...

the last pic is of a 26" greenline cruiser i put a banana on. so fun to ride that one and it gets compliments every time i take it for a spin

I don't really like muscle bikes, but this one is somehow quite to my liking. I think it is the stance that does it this time for me.
The one on the last photo - I wouldn't look twice at it.
But that Stingray is just right.
