51 Phantom Wheels? Value

Any value to these wheels?
I dont think they are complete. I put a pic of what they came off of.

They don't look like Schwinn rims.

Interesting....hmmmmm any other thoughts? You think they would be worth anything to anybody? Should I just scrap?

They appear to be drop center types vs. the ‘flat profile’ S2 rims that would have stock on a Phantom of that era.

I wouldn't throw anything away if I had storage space. If they are true and not too badly rusted, then keep them. The chrome back then was pretty good, so they may clean up nicely. I'll bet the rear hub is a red band Bendix.
