I'm currently building a stretched cruiser and am still in the planning stages. I would really like to have a nice 144 spoke lacing, but I'm also looking into having a dynamo hub and running a Shimano Nexus 7/8 on the back, which always seem to be either 32 or 36 holes. Does anyone know of any adapters I can attach or better yet, dynamo or multi speed hubs that are already set up for 144 spokes? I'm aware of the adapter for Shimano 3 speed hubs, but I didn't really want a 3 speed, and I don't have access to a drill press. I appreciate any ideas!
