24" motorbike?

Came across this on Craigslist...appears to be a 24" motorbike. The seller says it's a DP Harris Gold Medal model. It has the metal clad wooden wheels but they don't look like the 28" versions. I was under the impression that the wood wheels only came in 28" but maybe I'm wrong. The seller took some pics with it beside a 26" Schwinn cruiser and the old bike looks a good bit smaller. Any help is appreciated.

I think I can count 28 spokes on the front wheel so it might be a 24". That badge is super cool. Gary

depending on price, what are you waiting for? I already would have sucked it up, no matter what wheel size
