I,ve got 2 built from scratch delta trikes. One runs 26" fat tires and has a blue coroplast body. It is used on cold and/or rainy days. It has a 500 watt 48 V Bafang BBSO2 motor. It has 2 17.5 batteries behind the seat. Between the tires and the weight of this thing the E assist is really helpful. The 2nd is more of a low rider running on 20" wheels. This one uses a 48 V 500 watt Tongsheng motor which is torque sensing. Being low and fairly streamlined it,s one 14.5 amp battery has so far been able to get me well over 60 miles of range. I,m hoping for around 100 miles per charge. It,s pretty flat around here with wind being the biggest challenge. This one is being left open for now but I,m trying to think of some type of pedal car body style that might work, leaning towards something like a Lotus super 7.
