1964 or 1966 Schwinn Fastback ???

Here is the issue with this serial #. Is it a February 1964 Fastback or a February 1966? We all know the Fastback's were not available until 1966.
The Schwinn Lightweight Data Book states:
** Note: A_ = January 1966, B_ = February 1966 ("A" or "B" with a blank stamping in the 2nd position. 1/24 to 2/1 build dates.)
This serial numbers "B" has no blank space next to it! I believe it to be mistakenly stamped or slight but doubtful a 1964 got thrown on it.
It's a mystery.

Feb 1966 -- the first seven days of production that year were mis-marked.

Lotsa fastbacks is production in 66 I kno wher thers one exactly like yours , the old guy want 250 for it .

I'd vote for choices B and C, except Feb 1st was on a Tuesday that year.
