0.065" tubing vs. 0.05"

has anyone used 0.05" wall tube for frames? ive used 0.065 wall but would like to try something light

I'm pretty sure anything you can weld will work. I use to use small 3/8 solid
rod for my rear triangle and never had a problem. Got to put some design in it
where its stable.

I have some 1" .30 cromo tubing I purchased to test, but frankly after it being delivered, I am leary to try it on a full bike, though I would consider it for a rear cage... but it kinks easy as compared to .065 and larger... So, it will depend on what you want to do with it, and how you plan to form it (if at all).
