how do the reflectors mount in the holes?

The current ones have metal jackets around them which have small tabs on the back. If I can find any reflectors that diameter, then I can figure out a way to fit them in there.

Pulled the brown quick brick from the Worksman front drum wheel. If you have never seen on of these overbuilt rims, they are something to behold. Heavy as can be, but cool and beefy. I really dig the fat spokes too.

Got the other creme BOA-G mounted and mocked them on the bike. Then added the cardboard girder fork doodad.

Hey King, whats the width of the rim + the Boa-g tires width? Also the height from top to bottom? Cant decide if I am going 24" or 26",wanted to use the Boa-g if I have enough clearance!!!! On normal thin rims?

Looks good so far.

I'll measure total height tonight. I put the width info on page 3 (Put the Creme BOA-G 26x3.4 tire on the Worksman HD 44mm rims and the tires ended up 65mm wide)

Thanx, Will be interesting to see the height difference between the 24" x 3.00 and the 26"x 3.45. I know 24x3 come out to be the same as a 26" with 2.215 tires on...

Yeah, 3G has always exaggerated the width of the BOA-G's I don't think you can make them 3.45 wide unless you put them on that size rim or bigger.

Hey KF, how about railroad sign white reflectors?

I'm not ready to start working on the fork yet, so I played around with wheel tire combos to see what might work.
In my prevoius mockups I used the Worksman HD 3 Speed wheelset that I got from @slowriderz with brown Felt Quick Brick 26" tires.

Here are the other ones that I tried tonight
24" 3G Red wheels 56mm with 24x3 Nirve Fatazz tires (75mm wide) (too tight in frame)

Same 3G wheels with 24x3 Creme Thick Bricks (74mm wide)

24" Felt red El Guapo wheels 50mm with whitewall Felt Thick Bricks (72mm wide) (wheels and tires from @DJ-FADE )

24" Electra Polished 3 speed 35mm wheels with 24x3 Fatti-Os (67mm wide) (wheels and tire from @BillyZ )

Man, you have a great collection of wheels and tires! I'm jealous.

Hey KF, how about railroad sign white reflectors?

The problem is finding reflectors that are small enough. Most of the ones that I find are close to 1" dia and I need 1/2"

You may have to do what I did with the green marble on Remix, and cut one in half.

Diggin this Grateful Dead Uncle Sam patch

I thought about something like that. If I go that route, I would stick with just red alternating red and white rather than red white blue.

For the reflectors you need to go to a craft store or search the internet for rhinestones, you probably won't ever find reflectors that small in the colors you want.

I didn't even think of checking my Bedazzler!!!! :android::21:

Worked on the headset and the Girvin tonight. The Girvin has a 1-1/8" threadless headtube and the old Hawthorne cups wouldn't work. Had a Cane Creek C4 headset from the bike shop buyout. I am sure that there are better ways of handling this, but I turned on my yard sale grinder and "machined" the edge of the cups to fit the headtube.

You've got the same model cup installer as me ;)

I haven't really given the bars or stem a whole lot of thought so I threw on this Ritchey stem and some longhorn bars from one of Wildcat's bikes.
