Well I can not beleive the results after using the Xylol Xylene solvent as suggested in the posts above. I tried it on the headbadge , it had two thick coats of spray paint on it. Rubbed for 5 mins and it came out great , did not even touch the original paint. You would not beleive me if I...

Yes it has gears. Shifter on the down tube , 5 speed internal rear hub . The rear hub makes a neato sound while riding. I cleaned it up aired the tires and went for a spin. Fun I must say.
