Hello, I just recently acquired this J.C. Higgins bicycle. Can anyone tell me the exact year it was made? Also if it has any special attributes. I know the handle bars are not orig. and the tires were replaced maybe 15 yrs ago. The light looks suspect too. Any info would be great. Cheers!
