Drilled out thr cap and test fitted the fuel hose. Have to find the fittings for the hose but its coming along. As for the JD bottle, it fits VERY nicely. Im a little worried about the vibrations in general. Still contemplating on what to use for a solution.

Not much done. Doing a lot of cleaning in storage lately. Got the brackets for the front drilled. Need to get a longer axle stud due to clearance issues. Also put in a JD bottle as another gas tank/extension. Going to hide the boost bottle under the seat ... hoping it will work. JD Bottle...

It's pretty bright and I know for a fact someone will be able to see this coming at them. As for that trim ring that was in the flash light originally, I'm not really sure what happened to it, but when I opened up the housing to get to the LED's, it warped somehow. It has been VERY sunny lately...

And that was me using my shirt to scrub it off!!!! The swirlies you see within the botch, that was from the steel wool, I thought I could clean it off. It most likely just made it worse.

Started on the headlight mod. Going from bulb to led (this was on the OCC bike, figured it would help with the ugly front i have atm). Previous bulb: Led: The back piece is large as all heck. So im going to buy the bullet hl w/high beam setting (use for brake light) mate the wiring with...

Got the seat mounted, might leave it as is, works perfectly or put in a bolt to keep the seat from tilting (all thats really holding the seat to the seat mount is the seat springs). Got the chain clearance i need, but wondering if it'll bee too much stress on the steel staps. Might have to...

Got the seat mounted today. Have to secure the front of it and add the cross brace that was on it originally but getting close. Found some steel straps at OSH. Fairly thick, about same as the steel plate. Lucked out today too. The small bolt holes by the rear dropout were threaded, plus were...

Thanks. I went to get some bolts for the stem (swapped for the tops of the occ riser), too long hut better than too short lol. Have to swap them for ahorter ones. Trying to find a way to get the 1/8" steel plates, seen straps that look like they might work but not as tall as i need them. Im...
