1st build is done, onto the next! 1953 Schwinn

I don't think the Typhoon came out until the late 50's early 60's. Plus a 53 frame should be a ballooner. The serial numbers overlapped in the 50's so you might want to double check that or post the number up.

1935 Speedway Special- New fender! (new-old rust)

Re: 1935 Speedway Special- The SS It looks like a Shelby built frame, should have the tubes split around the seat post. CWC didn't make these

Bikes I Picked up today, can't make them out

Probably both, they were all made by Snyder and badged differently for whoever was selling it

Bikes I Picked up today, can't make them out

Try Rollfast and Hawthorne for the second one. The Synder built bikes would have been badged as one of those. Could have had a Peerless badge too, I'm not sure about those though.

Bikes I Picked up today, can't make them out

First is Murray with AMF sprocket Second looks Snyder built. I've never seen a skiptooth version of that sprocket

Wester Flyer Straight Bar - Worth It?

Score! Plus it has the sweet curved fender braces. Looks pretty original too. I can decode the serial number when you get it

Wester Flyer Straight Bar - Worth It?

Thats a good deal, the frame alone sells for $100 on ebay all the time. Go get it! Its a postwar Cleveland Welding bike, around 1947 or 1948
  18. ratina

    Pre-war? 1930s? Step-through Frame.

    I say Shelby as well
  19. ratina

    .......UNIDENTIFIED.........

Cleveland Welding didn't make a 28" bike to my knowledge
