I didn't see any marking on the seat. It has a name under the seat but no flags or anything.. Any idea how much a bike like mine is worth in its condition?

Yeah its pretty nice. Im stoked. Paint is gadded in spots but that's about it. The fenders have a couple dings in them but nothing major. Light works too. Its all original as far ask can tell. Had alot of bikes and this is one of the coolest!
