That bike most likely didn't have a head tube badge. It would have had a badge that was integrated into the tank itself which would have wrapped around the head tube.
The hard part with finding those tanks complete is that most of the bezels were plastic and didn't survive very well. The light light lenses also are missing and broken quite often.
That part number looks like it has a '4' in front of the rest of the part number.
