Ape Hanger Question

I have a question to all the muscle bikes fans : Does ape hanger handlebar that is curved to the back is something new? whether it was already manufactured in the 60's ?

Yes they had them in the 60's on some Hawthorn bikes sold through Montgomery Wards stores.

It seemed to me that I have seen it a few years ago on a vintage muscle bike, but I wasn't sure of that, now I am!!!! xxxtra thanks Eliminator!!! Roadwarrior, what do you think about that?

Yes, i see it, they are little different.
