I want one now...
You get the 4th one off the production line, current expected delivery in august 2215... By which time inflation would make the price $27,890... Payable in advance when the order is taken, pm me for paypal address...

Just kidding, thanks for the comment Draco! If I can make a bike others like, my mission is done!

Re: ☆★☆Ꭼsє LᎾ₡Ꮎ JᎾKᎬЯ!☆★☆ RRBO#8. VIDEO 4!!!!

Video 4! Me on the bike doing a downhill run and even getting to top (6th) gear!
Still no brakes... (the noise you can hear in the video is the brake disc rattling against the frame, still have to determine where the mount will be welded.)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ie6UfSL6ALY

Getting much more used to riding it now, can corner smoothly and even turn around without needing 4 lanes of room! Love riding it, always get a comment or two...

Re: ☆★☆Ꭼsє LᎾ₡Ꮎ JᎾKᎬЯ!☆★☆ RRBO#8. DOWNHILL SPEED RUN, NO BRAKES!

How does the story go down here "you need a 40 acre paddock to turn around" not so on this beasty.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDxVJ471 ... 0&index=10

Looked like big Jim was pretty stable on it as well.
Although I was a bit worried when he stopped near the gutter he was going to try and lift the front around from force of habit.

You might need to give me a bell when you're going past Brisbane so I can at least give you the long wide load escort treatment.

Well done I hope you clarify the brake caliper attachment before too many high speed runs.

Even convinced my Dad "Big Jim" to go for a ride so I could get a video, bear in mind, he has no brakes, this is his first attempt and he has not ridden a bike in probably 10 years, and never one like this! Sorry about the out of focus parts of the video, this new phone is pretty limited...

Video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9sGYGfurl0

All done for the day...

Re: ☆★☆Ꭼsє LᎾ₡Ꮎ JᎾKᎬЯ!☆★☆ RRBO#8. DOWNHILL SPEED RUN, NO BRAKES!

 Nice one Dave!

I was just starting off there and heading straight for a gutter Funk, so yes, concentrating hard!

Thanks for dropping in Bruce!

Got some more pics today after some fine tuning on the drivetrain, got some more length for the front chain, was running short before and had the derailleur on a weird angle causing clicking as the chain ran through it, so fixed that, also spaced the rear sprocket out slightly as it occasionally rubbed on the tire, so running far smoother now...

Glad I had the room to run the mega wheel derailleur, very happy with it and have great success with them in the past!

Awesome hey?

We will be spending tomorrow packing for our trip, starting back down on the Sunday morning, so first thing, the bike gets taken apart and stowed in the trailer... You probably wont hear anything from us for a few days as we head back to Queensland, but then the race will be on to get it ready for voting! I want to have the brakes, bars, headlight, pedals, and wheel paint done, along with a couple of surprises before the deadline... It is going to be fun!

Hmmmmm, your drivetrain looks vaguely familiar................

And yes, your disk brake oughta' stop that thing.

Last years RRBO, Sidehacked! It's mine.
Yea, when you think you've got an original idea, and something just makes sense, the internet comes along and shows that somebody else had the same thought before you. This can happen with just about anything. :)
I was kinda' hoping you HAD copied it, I guess great minds think alike.

A few months ago I built a set of audiophile grade speakers that I designed myself. With my continuing research I found at least 2 other speakers with the same basic design, one was from the '70's from an obscure company I've never heard of.
