That fork set up just ROCKS ! heck the whole bikes ROCKS

Aren't you going to use the original tank?
Sweet looking build so far. You pulled that patina out nicely.
As much as I like the current stance, I really dug your mock up with the 20" front wheel.

OG tank is gone. I sold it to help finance the build. I’m I also working toward a more sleek look with the flush plate replacement. Brainstorming on color for the plates. This bike is finally starting take on a personality I like. Fitted with Super tight fit 26 x 2.3 Vans Cult Tires. Waiting on skip tooth link for the chain. Brainstorming on grips and light placement and maybe pedal change.

So S-2’s can accept standard tire sizes?

S2 yes
S7 no
These wheels are S2. 26” diameter. Fitted with 26 x 2.3 Vans Cult Tires.
S7 wheels need tires made specially for Schwinn S7 size wheels. A Schwinn S7 (20,24,26) is not same diameter as a non Schwinn wheel of equal advertised size (20,24,26)
Lot more choices on tires when working with S2 vs S7

I have learned this the hard way I've learned to do your reserch
before buying tires .

Skip tooth links arrived this week.
Chain is installed and rebuilt OG pedals installled. Mechanics are complete. Made a few changes to headlight mount. Made a few modifications to a delta rear light and mounted it to the top chainguard. Mounted two number plates. Next step pull plates off. Paint and stencil and paint again.

Those number plates are cool! Flipped springer looks great but be careful riding on it. Seen quite a few threads on here where guys have gone over the handlebars with that setup. Bike looks great....

Build is looking cool! Will the headlight housing get some matching RaT-ina to the frame?

Thanks
I will definitely try try keep this bike on simple and smooth pathways. The front tire would not have to move much before a violent freestyle session erupted.
The light. Number plates and center piece once complete will all have new paint. I will stress and age those parts together. I plan to work on plates today. Base color off white match the wheels. Number 7 in military green outlined in Orange.
Tail light I will leave as is. I know the left side would have been the safe and correct mounting side for Cycle visibility, but top of the chainguard was just a perfect spot.

Oh, man, this is coming along beautifully. I also liked the little side trip where you were thinking about the 20 inch front wheel, but this is going to look amazing no matter how you go with it. I did not expect the number plates. That takes this in a great direction I did not see coming.
